Fix Controller for VR Chat

This is a fixed menu for using under avatars 3.0 in vr chat.
It contains a preset with several tabs that you can edit, as well as a password 
system to close the submenu.
I made checks for the states in which the avatar is located, set the tracking to
on and off, made it so that the animation could not be broken in any way.

The essence of this controller is that it checks what
state the avatar is in, and 
turns tracking off or on, while this makes it impossible to break it during
animations, it also allows you to switch animations without completing
them, that is, I set up the chain so that you can turn it on another animation
without going through the initial stages.

Icons or anything not related to the controller system is not included.
